PW112 Watermaker
This portable unit makes 2 gal/hr on 12V or 110Vac. It can be directly connected to a solar panel and will operate when the sun is shining! Drop the 10' inlet line and strainer into the ocean, run the waste water hose overboard and fill your tanks or cans with pure drinking water.
The advantage of the portable water maker is that is it easy to stow, easy to maintain, and available when needed. Bring on trips abroad when water might be scarce or as a backup water supply, "Just in case!" At just 20 x 16 x 7.5 inches it is small enough to fit anywhere.
